Come on ! Everybody workout time! Stress leh , haven't been excerise for so long, I'm sure after this session, my whole body sure aching...
Me, Rios & Colleague(Habsah & son) Wa liao ! wake up so early , can't even get my eyes open, look how puffy my eyes are bo bian compulsory as I'm one of WHP committee member.
